1. PaladiNet.com is created, maintained, and owned by Matthew B. (Paladin). All content, which is defined as but not limited to: HTML code, PHP code, CSS code, JavaScript code, page layouts, images, text, et cetera. That is hosted on PaladiNet.com are the property of Matthew B. and is thus ©1999-2005 PaladiNet.com™, all rights reserved. PaladiNet.com is thus protected by "United States Code: Title 17 - Copyrights", the "Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works," and any other copyright laws and applicable treaties in the Untied States or Internationally.
    

2. This copyright is subject to change or alteration at any time for any reason without notification.
    

3. Content must comply with the 50megs.com terms and conditions for hosted web sites. Content appearing on the domain of "http://paladinet.com" is hosted by HostDime.com web hosting. Content must comply with the HostDime Acceptable Usage Policy for hosted web sites.
    

5. The information contained within PaladiNet.com is provided "as is," without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, either express or implied. The PaladiNet staff work to maintain that all information supplied is official and correct to the best of their knowledge, yet there is no legal responsibility to said claim.

7. If for any reason, at any point, you do not agree with parts or with the entire terms of this copyright, your only remedy shall be to leave PaladiNet.com and cease and desist accessing content contained herein.

§II. Usage Terms and Conditions.

    By accessing any content hosted by PaladiNet.com you are implicitly agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of this document. You agree that you have read the above and the following and understand your rights.

1. No content found on PaladiNet.com may be duplicated, hosted, retransmitted, or copied in any form or media. This includes remote hosting of such content on another web domain.

2. Directly linking to images or other content from PaladiNet.com is strictly forbidden. This site is privately funded, theft of bandwidth is an unlawful act that may be prosecuted.

3. Use of any and all content on PaladiNet.com for the founding, construction, design, or other use of another website is strictly forbidden, and constitutes piracy, plagiarism, and transgression of this agreement.

4. No graphic content found on this site may be used without express written permission of PaladiNet.com staff.

5. Graphic content may be downloaded for personal and private use, any other use, including but not limited to hosting on another domain requires the above permission.

6. Authorized use of site content may be given from time to time, however proper credit is required. PaladiNet.com staff will instruct you as to which URL you should provide a "link back" reference too. If textual content is allowed to be used, an eMail citation of the staff writer should be included with the text on the web page in which it appears. Again, PaladiNet.com staff will provide you with the appropriate eMail address.

7. Use of content from PaladiNet.com for corporate or personal financial gain is strictly forbidden. Much of the content featured on PaladiNet.com is copyrighted material used without permisson. However this site is not for profit and is privately funded by a single individual, therefore use of said copyrighted material is not being used to generate income and is provided in an informational format to the world at large. Violating this term may put you at risk of prosecution by the original copyright holder.

§III.  Violation Remedies

1. PaladiNet.com does not support or endorse illegal activity. Part of the mission of PaladiNet.com is to provide information and fan-based support of certain subjects. Therefore ANY legal entity who feels that PaladiNet.com has infringed upon or otherwise violated a copyright and demands content be removed shall be duly treated with the utmost respect. Please have an official legal representative of the copyright holder contact PaladiNet.com with any grievance so that mail or fax paperwork can be transmitted to verify said claims. If a claim is substantiated the content will be removed forthwith at the earliest possible time such that the copyright holding party is completely satisified.
    

2.  Conversely, the content at PaladiNet.com is exclusive to PaladiNet.com without staff approval for other useage. Under no circumstances may blatant violations of the terms and conditions go unchallenged. Those found in violation of the PaladiNet.com copyright shall be dealt with in the following manner:
   

   1. The webmaster of a web domain in violation will be courteously contacted by PaladiNet.com staff and asked to remove the content within a reasonable period of time, not to be longer than thirty (30) days of the notice. A link to this page as well as a reference to the violated section will be provided.
   2. If the webmaster of the site in violation fails to respond, responds in a vulgar non-cooperative manner, or otherwise refuses to comply within thirty (30) days, notice of the violation will be sent to the hosting agent of the offending site (if there is one).
   3. If in sixty (60) days the site host fails to respond, responds in a vulgar non-cooperative manner, refuses to comply, or there is no hosting party, the complaint will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
       
3. Both hosting agents of PaladiNet.com have a zero tolerance policy towards attacks with the intent to destroy data or software on their servers and the associated hardware. Computer hacking or any act which attempts to alter or destroy data or equipment is a federal offence in the United States. Attempts on or threats of such will be immediately reported to the hosting agents and/or the proper authorities for immediate rebuttal and/or prosecution.
